the ten symbols of longevity [십장생도十長生圖]
복을 의미했던 소품들을 현대적으로 재해석하는 프로젝트인 Fortune project의 일환으로 포춘백을 선보입니다.
포춘백은 오이뮤와 BAGGU가 협업하여 제작하였습니다!
BAGGU는 일회용 비닐 사용을 줄이자는 취지로 에밀리 스기하라(Emliy Sugihara) 디자이너가 캘리포니아에서 런칭한 브랜드로,
튼튼한 소재로 실용적인 가방을 만들고 있습니다.
십장생도는 불로장생을 의미하는 십장생물로 구성되었으며 건강과 장수를 기원하고 이상세계를 그리는 마음이 담긴 한국 고유의 그림입니다.
십장생도는 고려 말 한국에서 그 기원을 찾을 수 있는데, 장수한다고 믿어져 온 십여 개의 사물에 대한 상징체계이기도 합니다.
포춘백은 해, 학, 대나무, 사슴 그리고 영지버섯으로 구성되었습니다.
포춘백은 오이뮤 민화 족자를 모티브로 제작되었습니다.
포춘백의 소재는 립스탑 나일론으로, 일반 나일론보다 촘촘한 밀도로 얇은 소재입니다. 세탁하실 때 찬물로 세탁해주세요.
